After my race on Saturday my right hamstring has been sore. Just the right now and it doesn't feel like normal soreness. So I think it might be a little strained :( I didn't think I did it at the race, I never noticed it hurting. I did do a prenatal yoga video for the first time on Friday so maybe that threw it over the edge. Anyway, I'm bummed because it is BEAUTIFUL here today and I can't run.
